We stand behind our products and offer a Limited Lifetime warranty for one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects such as defective zippers, straps, sewing and stitching, clips and buckles. Warranties are offered on GLDBags® purchased in physical retail locations or purchased on www.GLDBags.com. You must have a valid receipt to obtain warranty services.
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse, bag overload, negligence, damage during transport or self-repair.
When claiming a warranty the original purchaser of the product must contact GLDBags® regarding the warranty.
***You must have a valid receipt to obtain warranty services from our company. All other items purchased on EBay, Etsy, and all other websites do not qualify for our warranty program.
***AMAZON*** Amazon orders placed from the GLDBags® storefront will be covered by our Limited Lifetime one (1) year warranty against manufactures defects. Orders purchased from other Amazon sellers are NOT covered by our warranty.
***EXCLUSION*** All warranties do not apply to any non-GLDBags® products like a device, or property carried in or on a GLDBags® Product. GLDBags® is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of warranty or condition such as destroyed personal property.
GLDBags® stands behind the quality of our products, and our company philosophy is all about you. We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Customers have 30 days from the purchase date listed on your receipt to return a product. Your returned/Exchanged item should be in its original packaging with all hang tags and patches attached. All products must be in new and unused condition.

Once we’ve received the bag and processed the return, our billing department will issue a refund to reimburse you for the bag. Any shipping charges are excluded. Please note that based on the time elapsed since the purchase, condition of the product, and/or missing items, our Returns department will determine whether to refund the full amount you paid for the bag or to charge a 10% restocking fee.
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $50 USD. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
